As we enter 2021, we are delighted to announce that Hannah Washer has been promoted to the role of Sales and Account Manager for UK and Europe.
Hannah will work alongside Sally Brinkley to service all AssessBook and some existing ACMS customers. As part of this role, Hannah has now taken on full responsibility for sales, project management and user training for AssessBook, working with GWR, SWR, Eurostar, National Express Germany, CrossCountry, First Group and Heathrow Rail.

“I am really excited about the opportunity this role offers. I want to focus on creating exceptional customer experience through strong relationships, ensuring all users get the best out of the systems and create best practice for AssessBook and ACMS within their own organisations.”
Sally Brinkley commented,
“Hannah is a great asset for the sales and marketing team. She’s been working in the customer operations team for the last 9 months, so really understands the intricacies of ACMS and AssessBook. We have some exciting plans in the pipeline for 2021 and Hannah will be instrumental in helping us execute these.”
