Gary Howitt achieves a Level 4 Diploma in Learning and Development
This allows Gary to train level 4 candidates and provides him with a wider expanse of training knowledge.
Gary said, “The Level 4 Diploma provides me with a greater awareness of training processes and more insight into how I can help candidates with their problems and challenges and guide them to find appropriate resources and solutions. Although my existing level 3 PTLLS qualification was perfectly adequate to fulfil my role with AssessTech, I desired something more – something which I achieved through my own efforts. The extra work was more than I bargained for, but it was worth it in the end. Candidates who attend my courses will now get a better learning and development product from me through my deeper knowledge of the role of a Learning & Development Practitioner.
“Most of the candidates I train are working towards a NVQ Level 3 award. As the Level 4 Diploma is 3 steps higher, it will give me opportunity to guide, support and advise those learners who wish to achieve the higher qualifications.”
