John Kear, Operations Standards and Training Manager for Lumo
John Kear, Operations Standards and Training Manager for Lumo said,
“As someone who has been in the industry for 43 years, I have watched with interest how competence management has evolved. We have moved from paper-based systems to spreadsheets and now electronic competence management solutions.
As an organisation we are focused on creating the best systems that meet our goals and streamline our processes. ACMS provides the flexibility and opportunity to help us achieve that. We’re excited about the future and having AssessTech alongside us on our journey.”
AssessTech’s electronic competence management solution, ACMS, has been instrumental in helping to support this process and new assessment criteria data has been created and uploaded onto the system.
Extra support has been provided by AssessTech’s customer services team to support Customer Drivers Instructors who haven’t previously used electronic competence management systems.
